Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information GEO collects when you join our interest list or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By submitting a form on this site, you agree to the handling of your information as described below.
Who we are
Global Educational Organization (GEO) is the organisation behind this website. For any privacy question, you can reach us at geo.edtech@outlook.com.
European Union — we do not serve EU residents
GEO does not offer or provide its service to students resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area. If you are resident in the EU or EEA, please do not submit your personal information through this site. Any form submission from an EU or EEA resident is refused. This policy does not constitute a commitment to GDPR compliance, as GEO does not direct its services to EU residents.
What we collect
Interest list: a phone number (required), and optionally your name and email; the student's grade band; and your country of residence. Contact form: your name, email, and message, plus any optional details you choose to share (phone, country, how you heard about us). We also record your chosen language.
How we use your information
We use it only to contact you about GEO, answer your questions, and keep you informed about the 2027–28 intake. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis — your consent
We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using your information and remove it on request.
Who processes your information
Your information is stored and handled through our service providers — Supabase (secure database) and Resend (email notifications) — who process it strictly on our behalf. Access is limited to the GEO team.
How long we keep it
We keep interest list and contact information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete it on request or once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email geo.edtech@outlook.com.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top reflects the most recent version.
