These Terms of Service govern your use of the GEO website and, once available, the GEO School platform. By accessing this site or submitting any form, you agree to these terms.
Development status
GEO is in active development and has not yet opened. GEO does not currently hold accreditation, Ministry of Education approval in any country, or a licence to operate as a school. The 2027–28 academic year is the planned first year of operation. All timelines, features, and pricing described on this site are subject to change. Joining the interest list creates no contractual obligation on either side.
About GEO
Global Educational Organization (GEO) is a United States-registered private online school — a Delaware C-Corporation parent with a Florida-registered school subsidiary, registered under Florida Statutes § 1002.01(3). GEO is designed to Cognia standards. Registration is stated as a factual matter and does not constitute approval, licensing, or recognition by any government authority.
European Union — enrolment excluded
GEO does not offer or provide its service to students resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, and does not enrol such students. Any submission, registration, or payment attempt from a person resident in the European Union or European Economic Area is refused. This is not a sequencing decision — it is the position, stated in these terms and enforced at sign-up and payment.
Use of this website
This website is provided for informational purposes and to collect expressions of interest from prospective students and families. You agree not to misuse this site, submit false information, or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way. GEO reserves the right to restrict access to any person who violates these terms.
Joining the interest list
Joining the interest list is free and carries no obligation of any kind. It expresses your interest in the 2027–28 intake. GEO will contact interest-list members when enrolment opens. Joining does not constitute an enrolment agreement, a payment commitment, or a guarantee of a place.
Enrolment and tuition
Enrolment details, including tuition, fees, and the kit cost, are subject to a formal enrolment agreement signed at the time of registration. The pricing shown on this website is indicative and may be updated before enrolment opens. Tax, where applicable under your country's law, is added to the prices shown. GEO reserves the right to adjust fees prior to the start of each academic year with reasonable notice.
The GEO kit
GEO's own extended-reality glasses ship to enrolled families from the 2028–29 school year, engineered to land at USD 250–300 all-inclusive, target USD 250, family-paid at cost — meaning the device, shipping, insurance, customs, tax and delivery, with no margin to GEO. The kit is paid in July, in the same payment as the first tuition instalment. The kit becomes the personal property of the enrolled student upon receipt. The kit must be used in accordance with GEO's acceptable use policy.
Accreditation and claims
GEO is designed to Cognia standards. GEO will not claim a recognition it does not hold, and will not use accreditation language beyond what its current stage permits. No statement on this site implies that GEO is currently accredited, state-recognised, or approved by any ministry.
Student conduct
Students and families are expected to engage with the GEO platform honestly and in good faith. Academic work submitted for assessment must be the student's own. Any form of academic dishonesty may result in suspension or removal from the programme.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, video, curriculum materials, logos, and design — is the property of GEO and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing may be reproduced, distributed, or used without GEO's prior written permission.
Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided on an 'as is' basis. GEO makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the information provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
Changes to these terms
GEO may update these terms as the school develops. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
